These Terms of Use ("Terms") outline the rules and legal conditions that apply to every visitor or user ("User" or "you") of our website or services. Please read these terms carefully before using any part of the Sayti platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Introduction

1.1 Purpose​
  • Sayti offers tools to help licensed businesses create a strong online presence through customizable websites, business ​listings, and additional digital features. These services are designed for ease of use even without advanced technical skills.


​1.2 Legal Agreement
  • These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Sayti.net. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to comply with all applicable policies, including our [Privacy Policy]. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.


​1.3 Definitions
  • "Sayti": Refers to the Sayti.net website and its management.
  • "Services": All digital and online tools provided through Sayti.
  • "User Platform": Any website or page created via Sayti's tools.  

2. Your Obligations

2.1 You represent and warrant that:​
  • 2.1.1  You are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

  • 2.1.2  You use Sayti’s services solely for a legally registered company or commercial entity.

  • 2.1.3  You are not located in a jurisdiction where using such services is prohibited by law.

  • 2.1.4  All content you upload complies with intellectual property laws.


​2.2 You undertake and agree to:
  • 2.2.1 Provide accurate and complete information during registration and site creation.

  • 2.2.2 Submit valid business documentation (e.g. commercial registration, tax ID).

  • 2.2.3 Keep login credentials confidential.

  • 2.2.4 Back up your own content regularly.

  • 2.2.5 Avoid using Sayti for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities.


​2.3 You agree not to:
  • ​2.3.1 Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or resell any part of Sayti's services.

  • 2.3.2 Upload unlawful or infringing content.

  • ​ 2.3.3 Engage in spam, phishing, or abusive conduct.

  • 2.3.4 Use Sayti to host or stream video content at scale without permission.

  • 2.3.5 Violate any applicable local or international laws.

3. Account and Platform Management

3.1 Account Creation​
  • Each account must be tied to a verified email and business ID. Users may invite team members with designated roles.


​3.2 Account Ownership
  • Sayti considers the account holder whose email is used to register and pay for services as the legal owner. In the event of a dispute, Sayti reserves the right to request official documentation.


​3.3 Verification Requirement

​Before a User Platform goes live, you must submit:

  • A valid business license or commercial registration.

  • Tax number or equivalent national ID.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

4.1 Your Content​
  • You retain full ownership of your content. However, you grant Sayti a non-exclusive license to use and display your content for service delivery purposes.


​4.2 Sayti’s Property
  • All software, templates, designs, and code provided by Sayti are protected intellectual property. Unauthorized copying or resale is strictly prohibited.


​4.3 Feedback
  • If you share feedback or suggestions, you grant Sayti the right to use it freely without compensation.

5. Subscription Plans and Payments

5.1 Free Plan​
  • Includes limited features, Sayti branding, and subdomain usage.


​5.2 Paid Plans
  • Provide enhanced storage, custom domains, advanced templates, and analytics. Payment must be made upfront.


​5.3 Auto-Renewal
  • Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled at least 7 days before the renewal date. 


​5.4 Refund Policy
  • Refunds are available for 14 days after the first payment if no domain has been verified.


​5.5 Chargebacks
  • Initiating a chargeback may result in account suspension. Please contact us first to resolve any billing issue.

6. Termination and Suspension

6.1 Termination by User​
  • To cancel or delete your account, you must send a cancellation request either via email from the registered email address associated with your account, or through WhatsApp using the verified phone number linked to your account.


​6.2 Termination by Sayti

​We reserve the right to terminate accounts for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Providing false business documentation


​6.3 Data Loss
  • Upon termination, all associated content may be deleted without further notice. You are responsible for keeping backups.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

7.1 Privacy and Data Protection​
  • Your data is processed according to our Privacy Policy. You agree to this policy when using Sayti. 


​7.2 Personal Data
  • You must ensure that all personal data collected through your User Platform complies with applicable data protection laws.

8. E-Commerce Services

8.1 Payment Tools​
  • Sayti may integrate third-party payment providers. You are responsible for ensuring lawful transactions and proper tax reporting.


​8.2 User Responsibility
  • You bear all liability for your store’s products, prices, taxes, and customer communications.

9. AI and Automation Tools

9.1 AI Tools​
  • Some services may offer AI-generated content. Sayti does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or originality of such outputs. 


​9.2 User Review
  • You must review AI outputs before publishing. Outputs are treated as User Content.

10. Third-Party Services

10.1 External Apps​
  • Sayti may offer integrations from other providers. These are used at your own risk and subject to their terms.


​10.2 Removal of Access
  • Sayti may suspend or remove access to third-party tools without notice.  

11. Disclaimer of Warranties​

  • All services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Sayti does not guarantee uptime, availability, or that the services will meet your expectations.

12. Limitation of Liability​

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sayti shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.

13. Indemnification​

  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sayti and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your violation of these terms.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction​

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. All legal disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul.

15. Changes to Terms​

  • Sayti reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on the website. Continued use after such changes means you accept the revised terms.
